Syntphony Conversational Learning
Syntphony Conversational Learning (SCL) is a browser-based platform for practising professional conversations. Learners are placed in a scenario, speak with an AI-driven simulated customer, and receive structured evidence-based feedback. The exercise can be repeated to target specific behaviours and improve over time.
Use this portal according to your role:
- Learner: start with Start a role-play.
- Role Play owner: go to Create and provision a role-play.
- Integration or platform owner: read the Configuration map and Embed SCL.
- Developer or operator: start with Architecture and Troubleshooting.
SCL is scenario-driven: the same runtime supports banking sales, HR interviews, customer retention, telecom support, and any other conversational skill that can be expressed as a role-play. Content owners define the scenarios; SCL handles the practice experience and evaluation.
